According to "The Edible Asian Garden," beans will sprout in a week or so. Isn't this neat?On a side note, this picture is a bit deceiving. I drained the water after snapping this shot and placed the jar in a dark shelf. The seeds need to be rinsed two to three times a day. It has been less than a day and the seeds have already poofed up!
